Sun and Fun in San Diego...Spring Break 2010

We took our first family vacation since our honeymoon 5 1/2 years ago and headed to San Diego for Spring Break!! It was a most AMAZING time and we hope to do it again soon! We had great weather and fun at the beach, Sea World, and the zoo! And Austin got to meet Uncle 'B' and Angel for the first time! Here are a few pictures....we took over 600!

We spent the entire day at Sea World...10:30-5:30! Austin was a trooper but certainly worn out at the end of the day! Check out his "Mu Mu bay-ball and glub"...he loves 'em!

We enjoyed the beach one day too...Austin can now say he's had his feet in both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans or pools...every body of water is a pool!!

Swim lessons!!!

Austin took swim lessons in February and March...here are a few more pics! He did great...no fear of the water that is for sure although he better get used to floating on his back if he is going to be a backstroker like Mommy! He loves blowing bubbles and going underwater though!

Swimming Lessons!

We enrolled Austin in his first set of "official" swim lessons in February! I have been working with him since the doctor told me it was okay but we decided a group lesson would be good for him!!! I'm not sure who was more excited, me, or him?!?!? He loves the water and loves the pool....every time we drive by the outside pool that we swim in during the summer, he says "pool" but think he would have rather done his own thing than a lesson! That's okay, we'll keep at it!
